The egg is the most wanted part of the diet and is consumed in a huge amount daily. As when I asked my 3 years old daughter what she would want to eat she replied make me an egg. Though the egg is famous among every age of people therefore it is tried in many different ways and recipes.
So let's come to know what types of recipes can we make using eggs for breakfast, for dinner, or simply for brunch or tea time.
Half fry egg:
You can eat it in many ways like you can eat it with paratha. Or simply put it over a piece of brown bread and enjoy the super easy breakfast with a cup of tea.
Some options for enjoying Half Fry Eggs:
Boiled egg:
Boiled eggs are also the main part of breakfast. But these are also used in many recipes either as a main part or as a salad. Egg lovers use boiled eggs in many ways. These are eaten with fried rice or as a salad with simply boiled rice. They are also used for garnishing biryani to giving it the most enhancing look.
Some options to eat boiled eggs are these.
Soupy noodles with boiled eggs.

As a part of lunch:
Try a boiled egg as a part of lunch with some grilled mutton and some green salad.

If you love eggs and you have the time and energy for making your breakfast omelet is the best option.
The simplest omelet is made by only beating eggs and spices and cook it.
- The simplest and easy method of making an omelet is simply to finely cut tomatoes and green chilies and whisk them with eggs.
- Make sure veggies are less than the eggs.
- Otherwise, your omelet will break down.
- Now heat some oil in a flat frying pan. Heat it well.
- Now pour the mixture of the omelet from outside to inside in a round motion.
- Make sure the flame is neither too high or too low. Keep it on a medium.
- After sometimes check it by slightly lifting it from the border.
- If the color of the omelet changes to yellow then flip it and cook from the other side.
- You can eat it with paratha or sandwich it between two pieces of bread.
Pizza omelet:
It's another mouth-watering and easy pizza omelet recipe. Here is its recipe.
Ingredients for making pizza omelets are as follows.
- Take 3 Eggs and break them into a large bowl.
- Add some salt, a pinch of black pepper, and 1tsp of red chili flakes.
- Whisk them well until the eggs become frothy.
- Heat some oil in a flat frying pan and pour the egg mixture into it.
- Pull the battery from the sides into the middle to cook the mixture evenly.
- Now place slices of bread on the half-cooked egg mixture.
- Press them gently allow them to cook for some time.
- Now in another bowl mix butter with green garlic and apply it over the bread slices.
- Flip the omelet and turn off the flame.
- Press it gently to cook the chopped garlic slightly.
- Spread about 2 tbsp of pizza sauce over it.
- Sprinkle 3 tbsp of mozzarella cheese.
- Put some onion rings and Jullien cut bell peppers.
- Again add some mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle some chili flakes and garlic butter over it.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame until cheese melts and bread becomes crispy.
- Shift it into the flat plate and cut it into pieces like a pizza and enjoy.
Egg (Anda) Paratha:
Paratha is the most popular connection for breakfast and egg. But if the egg is used in the making of paratha then it seems too delicious and tasty.
For making it follow these steps.
- Break three eggs in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk them and add some salt, a pinch of black pepper, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, half tsp of coriander powder, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, gram masala powder 1/2 tsp and mix well.
- Now add 1 chopped onion of medium size, 1 chopped green chili, 1 tbsp fresh coriander, and then beat the eggs well.
- Now make a tortilla and flip it over the flat pan.
- Cook it slightly from both sides until small spots appear.
- Pour egg mixture over the tortilla in the center with the help of a spoon.
- Cook for some time until the egg scrambles.
- Fold from one side and gently press it.
- Now fold from another side like an envelope.
- Now fold from all the sides and cook on low heat while keep pressing.
- Now pour some oil, flip the paratha, and cook it to seal.
- Flip and cook until it turns to a golden brown.
- Shift it to a serving dish and enjoy it in breakfast with a cup of tea.
Egg and mayo sandwich:
Sandwiches are the most eaten fast food in the world. They are of many kinds. Mostly eggs are their vital ingredient. Here is so yummy and tasty egg mayo sandwich recipe.
Let's come to make it.
- Take three boiled eggs and cut them into small cubes.
- Add 3 tbsp of mayo, 1 tbsp spring onions, some salt, a pinch of black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth filling.
- Now in a separate bowl break two eggs.
- Add some salt, 1 tsp of red chili flakes, and 1tbsp of green chili and fresh coriander chopped.
- Whisk the eggs well.
- Now heat 1tbsp of butter in a frying pan.
- Pour egg mixture and cook.
- Pull the sides of the egg into the center to cook it evenly.
- Place 2 slices of bread and press gently.
- Flip and cook from another side.
- Cut the extra sides and put them on the top.
- Now add egg mayo mixture on the top.
- Cook on both sides to make the slices crisp and golden brown.
- Put the one slice over the other and flip and cook well.
- Shift it to the plate, cut it into a triangular shape and enjoy with green chutney or ketchup.
